BELFAST, NI. Workplace conference 2010
BELFAST, NORTHERN IRELAND
Engagement matters because people matter – they are your only competitive edge. Employee engagement is when the business values the employee and the employee values the business. Leaders need to embrace the concepts of agile, alternative and remote ways of working and be credible in their commitment to embracing new and diverse ways of working in order to attract and engage talent now and in the future.
This year's Workplace Conference explores the principles that lie behind employee engagement and aims to share good practice to broaden understanding of how it might successfully be achieved in your organisation to create a positive employer ‘brand’ that differentiates you from your competitors for both your customers and your people.
Companies including Google, Deloitte, Northern Bank and Firstsource, responsible organisations truly committed to employee engagement, are successfully unleashing the potential of their people and enhancing workplace performance and employee well-being, to considerable benefit.
