IPSWITCH, SUFFOLK, UK
Now more than ever, one of our most pressing challenges as business leaders is to reach out to young people to develop the talents and skills we need for the future and bring new ideas and enthusiasm into the workplace. As business leaders, we can and must help address this by making sure the first experience of work that young people have is meaningful, relevant and inspiring.
After a successful pilot convened by Sir Stuart Rose, Chairman of Marks and Spencer, we are delighted to invite you to the Big Conversation in Suffolk to launch the Work Inspiration campaign in the county. One hundred business leaders and young people will come together to discuss and share ideas about how we can improve young people’s first experience of work.
Why attend?
In this current economic climate it is even more essential to motivate young people and ensure they are fully engaged. Work Inspiration is a simple but effective way for employers to do this and we are certain that together it will create a win-win situation for all involved.
