About this course
This is a newly designed version of our popular 1-day course but for those who already have the basic facilitation skills and want to further develop and practice these skills.
The course will consist of 1-day's training followed by either: a 3-hour follow up group session for participants of 2 or more from the same organisation OR a 1-hour mentoring session over the phone for individual participants. The timing of the follow up sessions can be either a few days or a few weeks after the 1-days training and arranged at a suitable time for the participants. The group sessions will be held at the participants' offices to avoid the need for them to travel, instead our trainer will come to you.
